Sleep Support Packages
Selecting the Right Package for Your Child

Before selecting a package, is your child an independent sleeper already? A truly independent sleeper is a child who falls asleep on their own without assistance and is laid down for all sleep completely wide awake without a parent in the room or their assistance. If your child is an independent sleeper and is falling to sleep on their own, then I would recommend the Schedule Support Plan. A dependent sleeper would be a child who is relying on a dependent sleep prop or parent to assist them to sleep or back to sleep if they wake overnight. Examples of dependent sleep props or assistance: rocking, patting to sleep, co-sleeping, a pacifier they cannot re-insert themselves, fed to sleep, a parent laying down next to them, etc. The majority of my clients are dependent sleepers and we are working together to help build those independent sleep skills and teach them how to ultimately fall asleep on their own eventually and to connect sleep cycles overnight or for naps. For the dependent sleeper, I recommend The Basic Plan, Foundation Plan, or Complete Plan depending on the level of support you are looking for. Please see package information below.
The Basic Plan - Personalized Sleep Plan
Looking to work on independent sleep skills and wanting a clear personalized plan for your child? Let's work together to customize a plan based off of your child's specific needs. This plan includes one week of a once a day email check-in to answer any questions you may have. ​ While each child's journey is different, most sleep changes unfold typically after 2-3 weeks of consistent implementation of the sleep plan. The Basic Personalized Sleep Plan is great for families who want a customized plan - but are confident implementing the plan on their own!

The Foundation Plan - Personalized Sleep Plan with One Week of 1:1 Support
All the components of the Basic Plan but with extra support from me to get you started with one week of 1:1 support. The Foundation Plan works best for families who are ready to make meaningful changes quickly and want a clear, structured approach for the first week of sleep skills. Best for children 1 year old and up and parents who want a more quick and efficient method.

Please keep in mind that most sleep plans will take 2-3 weeks to see full results. This plan may not be the best plan for a family who prefers a more slow and gradual approach and wants that extra time to feel confident. In addition, it may not be best for younger babies who are on multiple naps and you want support stabilizing each nap.

The Complete Plan includes everything in the Foundation Plan plus a full second week of ongoing guidance, support, and troubleshooting. This package is ideal for families who want more hands-on assistance, prefer a slower or more gradual approach, or who have little ones who may take longer to adjust. Best for babies who are under one year old on multiple naps.

With two weeks of coaching, you'll have the time and support needed to confidently implement your sleep plan, work through bumps or sleep need changes, and solidify your child's sleep skills for long term success.​Most families find that two weeks of support allows for fuller, consistent results, especially if they anticipate needing reassurance, more frequent adjustments, or a gentler pace. This plan is also helpful for younger babies who have more frequent naps.
